Shipping method varies depending on the product.

We can serve customers throughout Greece.

Within Attica, you will receive your order the next business day, if our product is available in our warehouse. Otherwise, we will contact you to inform you of the required shipping time and the shipping charge.

The products are delivered to the address you have indicated when placing your order. Deliveries are made on working days, 10.00am - 4.00pm, after the cooperating transport company has previously contacted the customer to determine the delivery time.

​Package shipments are made through a transport company or agency or KTEL or in any other way that serves the customer. In case the customer wishes the shipment to be made by a transport company of his own choice, he must have previously informed the competent department.

The transportation in any case is the responsibility of the customer. However, we will always ensure that you have the best prices, which you will be informed about and agreed upon before shipment.

Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days (depending on the existence and availability of the product).

In the event that your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete your order.

Once you complete your order, you will be sent an email confirming that we have received your order.

Your orders can be shipped by courier, or even by shipping companies when the volume and weight are particularly large.

When you choose Courier Service, your orders will be shipped by ACS & SPEEDEX.

What delivery options do I have?

Delivery to your home: You receive your order via the courier company (Acs). If you have provided your mobile phone number, you will receive an SMS notification on the day the shipment is at the last station before delivery. For oversized products (e.g. luggage racks - trailers - roof racks, etc.) delivery is made via a transport company, after a telephone appointment.

Please be at the location at the agreed time, for your best and most immediate service.

In case you are absent and ACS passes by, it will leave you an SMS/note stating your parcel number and the phone number you should call to arrange for pickup.

Who can sign for the receipt?

Your order may also be dropped off by a third party. Upon delivery of the order, a certificate of identity and a signature on the delivery slip will be requested from the carrier.

What happens if they don't find me?

In case you are absent and the cooperating courier company passes by, you will receive an SMS notification if you had provided your mobile phone number or they will leave you a notification note and your order will be given again for delivery the next working day. carrier.

What if my delivery is delayed?

We do our best to notify our customers as soon as possible in the event of a delay. However, sometimes delays occur that are beyond our control.

Choose to pick up your order from our store, saving on transportation costs. In the event that your order concerns a vehicle battery, a specialized technician from our company will install it at no additional charge. If you select “Pick up from store” when completing your order, we will contact you for the details of the pickup immediately upon receipt of your order.
