Product Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that within 14 days after receiving your product you can request its return.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate the return process, you can contact us at angelnick70@gmail.com . Please note that returned products should be sent to the following address: Pierias 10, 10441 Athens .
If your returned product is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), customized products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about this product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
European Union 14-day waiting period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned product and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
